These programs are designed to ensure the roof does not unexpectedly wear more than it should while it is on the building. Although we install the highest quality roof, unexpected weather or faulty manufacturing can decrease the life of the roof if not caught right away. We want to ensure that you get the most out of your roof, so our maintenance programs are performed by roofing professionals who know wear-and-tear when they see it. The programs include our roofing professionals performing maintenance testing on the roof on a scheduled basis, typically every 6 months or annually. These Maintenance Programs will allow us to extend the life of your roof through detection of issues and preventative maintenance.
